crR12 lock
This is the crR12 lock, as described in Isaacs FJ et al. Engineered riboregulators enable post-transcriptional control of gene expression. Nature Biotechnology, 2004.
This can be used in conjunction with BBa_J64722 or BBa_J64720, which can unlock it to allow production of a downstream reporter. If both J64722 and J64720 are present the lock should remain locked.
